TUESDAY 6-6.30pm, £3, 14+
A 30 minute class to help prevent the most common injuries seen in circus.
The class will focus on strengthening the wrists, shoulders and glutes to prevent those pesky injuries from stopping your training!
You will need
2 small weights ( a tin of beans will work well)
1 theraband (tights, a long sock or towel can also be used)
And enough space to be able to lie down and stretch out
